The online companion's contracts live in a project spec and plan. Those capture how it was delivered, but they aren't the standing statement of what the system guarantees.

Solution

• docs/specs/online-companion.md is the living capability spec. It lists the contracts: trust boundary, ownership, the outbox rule, sessions, passcodes, handles, requests, credits, charts and routing. It points to the tests as the executable scenarios.
• The plan is marked implemented. A delivery log maps each slice to its PR and notes where it departed from the plan. It also records why the Version Packages PR (#42) is held.
