Problem

Both celilo libraries were behind latest: @celilo/capabilities was on 5.1.1 (latest is 6.1.0), and @celilo/visualizer was on 0.3.0 (latest is 0.5.2).

Solution

@celilo/capabilities ^5.1.1 → ^6.1.0 (module hooks)
- 6.0.0's only breaking change removes the map-style hook-state methods. The hooks don't use hook state.
- tsc passes, and bun test passes 9 of 9.
@celilo/visualizer ^0.3.0 → ^0.5.2 (site)
- It only adds exports, and the NEXUS mark renders byte-for-byte identical.
- astro build passes.

The celilo_contract 2.0 declaration is not in this PR; it's in #34.

chore: bump celilo libraries to latest 5f29a104ea

@celilo/capabilities ^5.1.1 -> ^6.1.0 (module hooks). 6.0.0's one
breaking change drops the map-like hook-state surface for get(name);
the hooks never touch hook state. tsc clean, bun test 9/9. The four
declared capability contract versions are provider-side and unchanged.

@celilo/visualizer ^0.3.0 -> ^0.5.2 (site). New exports only; the
flow/animator/text-mask changes are refactors or opt-in options whose
defaults keep old behavior. /play?sync=1 renders byte-identical before
and after; astro build passes.
